Terms and Conditions


All bookings are non-refundable.

No booking can be cancelled past its start time, this qualifies as a no show and no refund/date change can be offered.

Group sizes of 13 guests and under require 48 hours’ notice to alter a booking.

Group sizes of 14 guests and over require 7 days’ notice to alter a booking.

If you do need to cancel or reduce the group size within these time scales, you will forfeit the full payment of each person who does not attend*.

If you want to add on additional guests after booking, we will do our best to accommodate any additional guests, but this is subject to availability at the time of request.

We ask everyone to arrive 15 minutes before your game start time, if you are running late then please let us know as far in advance as possible. We can only hold your slot for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your payment to a later game that day.


Sadly, due to licensing laws no under 18’s are allowed on the premises after 7pm (other than Edinburgh, which is 10pm) and all children under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.


All bookings in December are considered peak.

All Christmas packages require a non-refundable non-transferable per person deposit at the time of booking and the final balance is due 1 month prior to arrival, all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable , once the final balance is paid group numbers cannot be reduced, or the date changed.

If you wish to increase numbers, we will do our best to accommodate additional guests, but this is subject to availability.


All Lane7 guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.

Lane7 are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website where by the guest has provided incorrect booking information and made an error with their booking.

Lane7 guests are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The cost of any damage will be charged to the booker.


If you would like to amend your booking, please log in to your online account to do so. Details on how to do this can be found in your booking confirmation email.

You can amend the date of your booking given the above notice – subject to availability. If you change your booking to a date that is higher in price, you will be charged the difference.

If the price of your amended booking is lower and within these terms and conditions, credit can be used towards additional gaming.

Private Hires

All bookings are non-refundable.

To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due six weeks before your event date. OR full payment is due immediately upon booking if your event falls within 6 weeks of that date.
