Get Your Stance Right

Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. A balanced stance sets you up for a powerful and controlled swing – no wild flailing in our batting cages, please.

Keep Your Eye on the Ball

Sounds simple, but it’s easier said than done. Focus on the ball from the pitcher’s hand (or the machine) all the way to the bat – tracking it improves your timing big time.

Swing Through, Not At

Don’t just try to hit the ball; aim to swing through it. This helps generate more power and better contact, giving you those satisfying solid hits.

Start Slow, Build Up Speed
