Just enter the code (located on your gift voucher) at checkout when you book online.
We do accept walk in bookings, but we recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment. If you want to take the risk, please be aware that all activities are subject to availability.
Absolutely, but it’s subject to availability. You can add people in the ‘My Account’ section or drop us a line using our enquiry form
You can change your booking in the ‘My Account” section; details will be included in your confirmation email.
Yes, but it’s subject to availability. If you want to change the time of your booking on the day of your booking, this needs to be done before your scheduled arrival time via the ‘My Account’ section.
All bookings are non-refundable, sorry!
You are able to book ‘Bowl and Bowl Again’ on certain days of the week depending on the venue. As you head through the booking process, the option will be greyed out if it is not available.
We only take bookings for one game of bowling on a peak day. The second game is subject to availability once you’re in the venue. Visit the Game Desk and ask a member of our team to find out.
Bowling duration varies depending on how many guests the booking is for. For two people, our team of mathematicians have calculated that it takes 20 minutes to do the one game. For three people it takes 30 minutes and so on.
No need to book, simply pay and play. Ask our team on site for a nice surprise.
To guarantee a great time, we recommend pre-booking all activities, so you can focus on having a great time, as we can’t guarantee availability.
All packages that include food, include a table for the whole group. We do not take pre-bookings for tables outside of packages.

Playing
With eight carnival style games for you to experience, there’s surprises to be won, so get ready to ‘Tap That’ as you ‘Shoot Your Shot’ down our ‘Back Alley’. Play each game twice, individually or in teams of any size, but we recommend playing with a group so you can really Play Dirty.
Yes but no open toes or heels. However, if you have a touch of class, bowling shoes are available in all sizes, free of charge.

Each of our packages have been put together to make it easier for you to have all your best nights in one.
The Ice-Breaker package is perfect for a couple (mates or a date!) and includes one game of bowling OR golf and two slush cocktails OR draught drinks per person.
Gimme a Taste and Gimme All You Got are perfect for larger groups.
Gimme a Taste includes one game of bowling OR golf, 55 minutes of selected gaming and one drink per person.
Gimme All You Got includes one game of bowling OR golf, 55 minutes of selected gaming, one meal and one drink per person.
Packages are fully pre payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
This is entirely dependent on the venue, and your skill level. Each course has its own set of rules, so we recommend giving them a read before you tee off.
